Announcing MD & CFO Roles Exciting Leadership Updates at Kingoya

Dear Valued Customers, Partners, and Friends,

I wish to share some  updates as we enter a new chapter at Kingoya. After 25 years at the helm, I will be retiring as CEO of Kingoya effective 1 January 2025.

Effective 1 November 2024, Gopi Nair (my Co-Founder and the GO in Kingoya) will be taking on the role of Managing Director of Kingoya. Gopi’s dedication and insight into Kingoya’s vision, product knowledge and customer needs make him the perfect fit to lead our team forward.

Although I will be stepping back from my full-time role at Kingoya I remain as a shareholder in both IRGA, our parent company, and Kingoya. I will continue to support the Company’s mission and vision as a shareholder. My commitment to Kingoya remains as strong as ever, and I will be here to ensure continuity through this transition.

Additionally, Terence Selvarajah has been appointed as CFO effective 1 October 2024, bringing extensive experience in financial strategy within the plantation industry. His industry knowledge and growth vision make him ideal to drive Kingoya’s financial future. Terence’s dual role as CFO and Country Head for Indonesia strengthens our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Kingoya’s growth and service.
